The gentleman that actually came to the house was Brian, and he was very professional and knowledgeable in his workmanship. He installed (hard-wired) two RING flood light cameras on my home in less than 3 hours. When I checked his work in the attic -- it looked as if the house was built with that security feature. He went up that ladder numerous times to adjust the camera angle and ensure the surveillance area was exactly what I wanted to see. I am also able to track arming/disarming via their mobile app, or use the mobile app to arm/disarm the house. The monthly payment plan is affordable & there are no contract surprises/changes written in. They also guide me on things I would have forgotten, like registering my alarm system with the local police. I appreciate their guidance and service.
