He faced a mess by the previous installer whose work pretty much mirrors the standard around this part of South Carolina, that being poor quality materials, spliced and black tape connections, loose and nonworking cameras, inaccessible remote viewing or backup records. I could never access viewing remotely resulting in persistent repeat burglaries and thefts rendering me practically uninsurable. As such, a reliable, highly functional system is imperative for my and my property’s protection. I now feel more secure and more capable or responding to the ravages of a predatory, drug-infested theft-riddled society sparing no one. Further, I don’t have to fume on hold in auto-prompt limbo trying to get help with my system, I have Tom Sansone to call if I need help with my system.
