"SafeStreets security system is incredibly reliable and easy to use. The app is intuitive, and the home automation features are a game-changer. I love being able to monitor my home from anywhere. Great service all around."

"New Tech Security Systems installed a surveillance system in our dental laboratory, consisting of 27 cameras and a 32 channel NVR capable of recording 15-20 days of activity. I am totally and completely satisfied with the quality of work performed by New Tech. From the initial project thru implementation and testing, the owner of New Tech, Mr. Albert Wainer, was personally involved in order to make sure that everything went smoothly and according to schedule. Work was completed quickly, efficiently, and without interference in the normal day to day activities of the lab. After the installation was completed, the lab was left in impeccable condition. I highly and without hesitation recommend New Tech Security. The quality of the equipment New Tech commercializes and the competence of the installation team are exceptional"

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The work was good. However, I think that a less expensive monthly service could be found."

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.

"Yvette Pringle provided courteous and professional feedback to me when I called to inquire about a new home security system.  My situation was unique because we were trying to find something that would work for a deaf person.  I appreciated that Yvette did her research to find out what would work.  She also offered different options in terms of a package and plan.  We did end up going with another company, but I really did want to recognize Yvette for her work.  She was very polite and helpful.

"The service provided by CSI Secure Solutions was second to none. From the start the team was professional, diligent and tenacious in their quest for answers. This was not an easy case but Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a quality investigator with integrity, compassion and skill, I highly recommend CSI Secure Solutions."

"A very knowledgeable and experienced company. I recommend them to any home or business that need camera installation."
