The technician, Cary, was there the next day promptly although the operator I spoke with earlier did tell me they have a 2 hour window when they make appointments. But he was here right on time. He was really knowledgable and courteous. He did makes some repair suggestions purely from a safety and efficiency standpoint. Which was exactly what we wanted."
