"Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end.
