"I hired zavza seal to finish my basement and I am pleased with their work. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, unfortunately these experiences are often full of frustration and stress. Not the case with Zavza seal, they are completely professional and put the customer first. Anderson and his crew were courteous, hard working, and efficient. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. Jake was the project manager for this job, he is an honorable man and very easy to work with. He was onsite every day from the estimate to the finishing touches. There was constant communication, I knew what the plan was each day and he was always very responsive to any questions. I've had other pm's disappear to other jobs, or push me toward doing things in a way that was easiest for them. Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days. It was refreshing to see. My basement is now the nicest room in the house. Zavza Seal went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them."

"Joey is by far the most responsive, easy-to-work-with, generous-with-information tradesman I have ever worked with. (This was an attic blow-in insulation project.) He contacted me within an hour from my submitting an estimate request. My skepticism that this might mean he was desperate for work because his work sucks simply melted away when he showed up the next morning. He was professional and informative, and after dealing with a few more contractors afterwards, the choice for me was a no-brainer. He and his worker worked cleanly and efficiently. I watched them work, and I know enough about construction to know that their work was thorough and of high quality. The project took barely half a day from start to finish. Reasonable/competitive rate. Great results (the top floor apartment maintains a decent temperature now). Best money spent in a loooong time. Just do it, people!"

"Long time since you upgraded your home? I admit I let it go for too long. Nothing was damaged but my home was a bit worn, old-fashioned and needed some love. I decided my co-op would get updated walls, ceilings and refinished hardwood floors, and I was hoping I could get it all done before the holidays. I chose Square Construction & Design after meeting with three other companies. All their prices were about the same, in fact Square was a tiny bit more, but I choose them based on their excellent reviews. There was something about Luis, the owner, that made me trust him on the spot. He really seemed to understand what I needed, and even made a few suggestions (one saving me money!) on my design upgrade. I was told it would take three weeks, and the job was not only finished in less time, but perfectly done. My entryway, hall, living room and dining room look like new! The ceiling cracks are gone, the walls are smooth and finished with Benjamin Moore paint, and my wood floors shine. Square Construction & Designâ s crew was exceptional, too! From the initial demolition guys, to the floor specialist, to the men that did the sheetrock work â all were hard-working, efficient, friendly and clearly the best at what they do. Luis came by daily to advise his crew of the dayâ s objectives and answer any questions I had. The service and the fine work were a sound investment. This company is worth every penny! I have already recommended them to my neighbors and one of them has Square Design & Construction starting next week. I know they, and you, will be pleased with their fine work. "Working with Chortani Services has been incredibly easy. The owner is responsive, tech-savvy, accommodating, and polite. He has decades of experience as an electrical engineer and that has translated into a great deal of expertise in home heating engineering. To top it off, he does not send other engineers to do the job. You are dealing with the expert directly. We needed Chortani specifically, to repair the heating system in our three floor home. The heat -for inexplicable reasons- was completely out on the first floor. We had only recently moved into the home, so were very unfamiliar with our systems. Within minutes of inspecting, Chortani was able to identify the issue and recognize the systems/connections in our heating/AC/vent structure. Incredibly satisfied by both Homeadvisor.com and Chortani Services! We're very warm and toasty as a result :)"

"I found Score Construction on Home Advisor's website. I was looking for a contractor and needless to say I read reviews for many of the construction firms. Every review I read was terrific for Score Construction and because of that I called, met Janusz Z who is the Owner and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I started with 2 bathrooms that were necessary to do because of water damage. I was thrilled with the work done, the care of how it was done by the workers that were both professional and respectful. A year later a major renovation for my apartment was considered and I called Score Construction. Not only did the renovation to my apartment turn out fabulous and I'm happy every day that I wake up and see how beautiful it is, but they also did major work to the outside of our building - replacing the cornice, roof repair, pointing of bricks, structurally reinforcing all 16 windows which was no easy task for a 100 year old building, but they got it done. ALL this work again was done professionally and with the utmost of care and the knowledge of how to get the job done is their forte'.
