They along with Jacob also cleared our dryer vent, which probably hadn't been touched since the home was built. "Anita was very polite and courteous. Her estimate was a very fair price. On the day of the appointment, they informed me of a delay due to a family illness. Later that afternoon she called and asked if they could still come late. They arrived at the new time. Anita and Jesse were onsite the entire time to explain each phase of the project. They were careful to lay down protective plastic in the hall leading to the attic access. They took pictures to show me that all the old insulation was removed.
