"Tyler and his team were amazing! Thoroughly analyzed the challenges, issued a solid cost estimate, showed up and efficiently/effectively resolved my issues. Heat loss though my cold attic was immediately curtailed! The money I will save in utility bills will more that pay for Tyler’s exceptional work!"

"Kevin sent Matt out to do an estimate. Matt provided acceptable estimate in 30 minutes. Scheduled install of foam install on 150 linear feet of rim joists, 1300 sq feet of attic insulation in between ceiling joists, and 100 linear feet by 5 feet high including rim joists in crawl space area. Nick and assistant showed up on scheduled day on-time and were done within 8 hours as promised. Ecstatic with crawl space, very happy with rim joists and ceiling insulation. My first experience with spray foam. Would recommend process and PolySeal Associates to anyone. Contact me if you need more info. megehrs@yahoo.com"

"Tw roofing is very professional. They worked quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. The roof came out so nice that I had them do the trim around the house and that turned out excellent! it made the house look like an over all remodel."

"I had spoke to a number of patient and helpful associates on the phone because I had to buy the freezer sight unseen. When I went to go pick it up it was easy and I found a great microwave while I was there.

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.
It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.
Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
