"I live in a old house, and the insulation on the attic needs to be added.  City of Austin Utilities (Austin Energy) has a great rebate program for insulation, so I signed up.  EnergyAttic is one of the companies listed by Austin Energy.  For getting the quote, the audit person was friendly and through with his explanation about what's and why's.  Finally I scheduled for the work.  Kent came with his crews and basically supervised and worked on the problem and the insulation.  He made sure everything was installed (seal, insulation) properly and Austin Energy auditor approved the work.  The door blower/blast test took a while because of setting issue (EnergyAttic subcontracted to other company), and finally after 3 hours, we did get an excellent result.  I was happy with Kent's and his crews work.  They were friendly, punctual, and got the work done.  They actually came back to reseal door on the furnace area.  They also promised to come back if  I were to work on the attic and the insulation needed to be re-sweep."

"We noticed a leak in our master closet and discovered that the decking had rotted-out under our shingles.  I called a couple of roofing companies in my immediate area for bids and was told they were too busy to provide a repair and not able to give a reference for repairs.  I found Action Roofing & Remodeling on Angies List, gave them a call and had an appointment with Bill (the owner) the following week.  Bill was great, came out on the date requested, was early for the appointment, and was very easy to work with. Bill did not try and sell me other services, immediately diagnosed the problem, and had a written bid to me via email that afternoon.  Bill was able to get his crew in about a week later between rain storms. He texted me that morning to let me know that the crew would be out that day.  Tony and his crew did a great job--replaced the decking, reworked the corners where the leak was, added additional flashing and sealed around the window cut-out where the problem was.  They were able to match closely the new shingles to the original, so the repair is almost transparent. The night after the repair, we received heavy rain and wind--no leak!  I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for future work.

Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.

"Steve, the roof inspector for Integrity Roofing, arrived promptly and spent considerable time on the roof and inside the attic to find the source of the leaks. His inspection revealed that shingles were cut in several areas around the "turtle vents" (probably during installation). Insulation in the attic showed signs where the water pooled up directly under the vents before leaking below through the sheetrock. Steve took several photos (which he shared with me) and prepared an estimate to repair the roof. He even went back up and put sealer over the areas for a temporary fix as more rain was a possibility. Steve was honest and told me that first I should call the builder (even though the warranty had just expired) because he said it was definitely related to builder/contractor error and any reputable builder should repair it. And he was right! After sending the photos to the builder, their rep. came out and found that in addition to the cut shingles the vents were not even secured in place. The builder agreed to repair the roof as it was the first heavy rain that we experienced since buying the house. Many thanks for the prompt and ethical way that Steve handled our situation."

"I had some water spots in my sealing near some of my air ducts, so I thought I had a water leak related to my AC. Henry came out right on time and did work to show me that the leak was likely from my shower line. He didn’t even charge me for that work as it was not in the scope of stuff he normally does! He suspected that I might have a Freon leak my coils, and when he couldn’t find a major one, we checked outside, and when that didn’t show a major leak, he recommended I call him Back and he would personally come back out when the temperature was hotter to get better pressure readings. I have very high standards for service and integrity, and Henry greatly exceeded both."

"This company is willing to go the extra mile for its customers, literally. I've been trying to get foam insulation put under my floors for the last 3 weeks but with the first two companies I hired something always came up or they would have an excuse with why they couldn't do it. But with Eco Foam, I do admit they did have a little mistake in the morning but I called Scott and even though I was extremely rude and short with him, even though he didn't deserve it, he never lost his cool and was able to come up with a plan to get my project done. Most company's would have told me where to go and hung up but Scott didnt do that.
