"The guy came to inspect my house very quickly. He gave me a very reasonable quote for taking care of all problems in my crawl space. He addressed all issues which I pointed out, but also went the extra mile to make sure we didn't have future problems. Tasks done include repairing disconnected ducts, ducts without insulation, ducts with insulation falling off, installing insulation underneath the entire floor in the crawl space, and laying down a vapor barrier. When I called him up and let him know that I wanted to proceed with the service, he very quickly came out and had the job done before I even got home. Quick and great service. "Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion.
