"The guy came to inspect my house very quickly. He gave me a very reasonable quote for taking care of all problems in my crawl space. He addressed all issues which I pointed out, but also went the extra mile to make sure we didn't have future problems. Tasks done include repairing disconnected ducts, ducts without insulation, ducts with insulation falling off, installing insulation underneath the entire floor in the crawl space, and laying down a vapor barrier. When I called him up and let him know that I wanted to proceed with the service, he very quickly came out and had the job done before I even got home. Quick and great service. "Have been looking at doing this for quite some time. Talked to several firms to do this. They were the lowest cost guys and were available immediately. I went with them and they exceeded expectations. Nice guys who did the work. Came in one day and removed attic and basement insulation and sprayed the crawl space on the first day (and did a great job). Then did the attic the second day (which took the entire day). This was a big job and they did it fast and I feel, with high quality."

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "OK. The price was in the middle of the quotes that I received, which were all over the place from $8k to $20k. They didn't try to push unnecessary or complicated solutions on me and went with the basic install that I wanted. The system seems to be working fine six months later. Weather caused the crew to get behind schedule and they were rushing things a bit toward the end. A few details like sealing around the floor to duct connections and putting the insulation back around the openings for the duct work weren't finished up quite the way I expected but, that's not a big deal. Overall I am satisfied. I would use them again."
