"Excellent. The JE Mountain team was professional, timely, and did great work on the timeline they promised. Then cleaned up after themselves. They did both spray and batt insulation for me and I recommend them without reservation. They’ll definitely be my first call for my next project."

"They responded immediately and the insulation was scheduled a few days later. They are really nice people and provide excellent service at a fair price. Carpet and floor were covered up for protection, and they cleaned and vacuumed everything after the job, even outside of the house. We first hired them to insulate the garage, and then decided to add extra insulation to the house attic. We are very happy with the job."

"I'm sure that blowing insulation requires some expertise, i.e., knowledge of the product and insulation qualities, knowing the amount necessary to achieve a certain R value. However, what is more important is the ability to professionally handle the job. I have no problem with the blowing of the insulation. I was very disappointed in the professionalism of the clean up afterward. To leave insulation on the stairs and landing, to fail to replace the attic cover or items which were hung on the wall is not very professional. I sent an email to the company voicing these concerns without a response."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

Advantage Insulation is a client-focused company that strives to ensure the highest level of customer service. Our proffesional staff is excited to work with you.
Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.
It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.
Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
