"They cleaned attic, installed new pink insulation in attic floor, laid in new plywood flooring where specified, and installed radiant barrier on rafters. The new insulation reduced temperature in attic and also to the 2nd story, which helps to cool the house better. The technician and workers were hard working, pleasant and polite, and left everything clean afterwards."

"The Attic Doctors by far is the best company I worked with in Orange County. They are very honest and no upsell at all. Mark always tried his best to explain our options and offer the best value service for us. They did prep cleanup for the new attic insulation. We had rodent before so he disinfected the whole attic thoroughly and the workers installed the new insulation very promptly. Since we are trying to make our home energy efficient, we also did the radiant barrier installation. That was a smart move. Totally worth the $. We noticed the temperature change and very glad to hire them to complete the job."

However, if they don't think something will work well on your house (e.g., they cannot match your exterior texture), they will tell you. They don't want you to be unhappy. They are not there to take your money and run....they are in business to create happy customers. We are very happy with their product, people and service. Our attic is well-insulated now and our home is much more comfortable and the temperature much more moderate than it was before they worked their magic."

Took out all the old insulation (which no one will do), vacuumed, sanitized, rodent proofed, new insulated ducting, and came back after our AC was installed to blow in insulation. "I hired Americool to insulate the attic and walls of my exsisting home. Scott's bid for the job came in lower than what other companies wanted for just the attic. He and his crew showed up right on time and took only 6 hours to complete the job. They were pleasant,professional put down plastic to cover my floors for protection and thoroughly cleaned the jobsite when they were finished. Two days later and we already notice a big difference in the balance of temperatures and noise reduction. Great Job!"

"Everguard is the only company to use - period. They provided on the phone estimate while other companies come out and give a 2 hour presentation and ask if "your wife will be home" because they want everyone to be involved in the decision - this is not a decorator item - its insulation! I had my attic and walls blown in and it took 3 guys a complete day to do, and they were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I also added a ceiling with sound proofing which took a few hours the next day. Everyone was accommodating with my needs. Do not bother with any other company!"
