"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. Zohar and his professional crew were very respectful of our time and space. Overall, we are excited with the addition and thankful to Zohar and Best Builders group."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint.
