"Overall the insulation went well. The workers arrive on time and cleaned up after the job was finished. But they cracked my widow frame and piece of my vinyl siding of the worker denied they cracked vinyl siding, but I inspected the siding the day before, no crackes Informed Jim Myers I have not heard back from him. Bad business. Another thing I had piece of vinyl siding coming off from the upper level. I ask them is they can put back for me. They told me they did not have the ladder to get up that high. Very disappointed"

"The salesperson who came out was very nice and professional - however, he did not tell me that I needed to have everything in the basement 3 feet from the walls.  This caused us to scramble on the day of installation and i'm certain that this made it more difficult for the installers as well.  Additionally, no one had warned me of how strong the smell would be initially and I had to scramble a bit to get my very young family out of the house to avoid it and/or off-gassing.  The installers arrived on time and were ready to roll.  They did an excellent job insulating the rim joists and did a pretty good job of cleaning up.  There were some spots where I had to scrape the insulation off of the floor and wall.  Overall, I would recommend them for small jobs such as this.
