"Jeff Smith is based at the Waterloo office. He was very good at customer service & responded to my emails in a reasonable time given this is probably a busy time of the year (November) for them. I am having additional blow in insulation behind a knee wall & in the attic to bring me up to code. The work has not been completed yet. I am waiting for an energy audit. That is why I can only rate the company as a 3."

"We needed our attic insulation replaced after the 2020 derecho. McKee came in as the lowest bid with better quality (higher R value) than 2 other local companies. They also spotted some roof issues that the other companies did not and we were able to get that fixed prior to McKee starting the insulation job. Weston and his crew were fabulous during the work, being very respectful of the fact we are still working from home. McKee also recommended some improvements (canned light and speaker covers as well as access hole covers) to further improve our overall rating. Install and cleanup were both top notch I would highly recommend McKee for this type of work!"
