"Excellent customer service from proposal to completion. Workmanship was excellent, the installation crew arrived on time. They went about their work in a methodical manner, the team experience showed, each worker knew what had to be done at any particular time. The installers were clean and respectful of the house and furnishings. They worked under some challenging weather conditions but that did not effect the quality of their work. The finished product proved to be more effective than I expected. The furnace runs less - energy saving, the house is much warmer and the special areas that I was concerned about were remedied. The installers went beyond the original scope of work, at my request, they insulated some additional areas that were causing some discomfort. This step made the kitchen much more habitable. Over all I was pleased with; the company, staff and installers. Every one that I interfaced with were professional, courteous and accommodating. The process was easy to do; one phone call and the estimator arrived, he did his work and by the end of the day I had a proposal, another phone call and I was on the schedule. "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."
