Initially, Darrell spent quality time with us as we hashed out our ideas for our backyard. Those ideas were followed up with detailed measurements and assessments, and this ensured that our backyard would not only look good but be engineered for a lifetime of enjoyment around our newly renovated swimming pool. Darrell's team was fantastic! Always on time, always kind and friendly. They were at our home early every day, and the entire crew was a team! Not one of his crew had to be told to do anything. Obviously, Mr. Thrasher had a meeting because they got their equipment warmed up and knew every step of the plan. In 2 1/2 days, we had a 370 LF 6 x 5/4 pressure treated privacy fence with a 1 - 4 ft gate, topsoil to back yard grade and level, and 5 # pallets of Tiffany Bermuda Sod and mulch installed. Mr. Darrell Thrasher and his team were punctual, professional and created a masterpiece in our backyard. The work done in our backyard exceeded our expectations. A week (and thousands of dollars) later I knew he was struggling because nothing seemed done so I started looking for a different landscaper. Chris called to confirm our appointment, arrived at our home on time and provide a detailed estimate after walking our property. He took his time explaining exactly what to expect and estimate time to completion. There was no pressure and answered all questions. We were given an estimate that was slightly higher than comparable. We selected because of the trust factor. You cannot help but discern that they perform this labor-intensive task but for the love of trees and family. Once we agreed to the estimate, he started the job the next day. July 3. Once he started he realized that the job was bigger than he expected and would take an extra day. It's so rare to find quality workmanship but they have it and more. Chris the owner was on site and worked hard himself both days. That speaks volume about his company and personal work ethics. He was a gentleman and made sure we understand everything. I really enjoyed getting to know him. His experience is unparalleled. I would recommend him to anyone no matter the size of the job. He is professional and you get quality and timely work. Also, a great value to dollar spent, my yard was a difficult one with space and number of trees and debris that needed to be hauled.
