They were very receptive to some minor changes that we had during the construction and were very upfront and honest when minor issues arose. They worked every day until the project was complete (unlike some who work one day or part of one day, then move to another job before coming back). The finished wall looked better than we thought it would and we were very pleased with it - we even had a couple of neighbors make rave reviews of the finished product, making note of the attention to detail that the crew made. I asked him to move them as close to the house as possible to avoid our neighbors meticulous yard. He didn?t because he said it would be harder for him when he came back. Mind you when he was ?blowing the leaves? he blew up all my mulch and muddy dirt right up against my house- making a big mess. Said he would be back Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather. Monday was beautiful and he didn?t show. At this point that big pile on my lawn had been there for 4 days. A huge eye sore! In summary - the project took way too long for the amount to do and we were left with another project. He was very polite and may have other skills he is better at."
