They were quick to schedule a time to come assess the work and give a quote, during which Carlos demonstrated how very knowledgeable he was in all the areas in which we needed work. Our quote was given the same day as the assessment and they were even willing to schedule next day work. When the workers arrived they were very professional, efficient and conscientious of neighbors yards/belongings. They did an exceptional job cleaning up all the remains that were in the grass and around the house, other than the beautiful work they did you wouldn’t have even known they were there! "We were needing sod installed in part of the backyard and part of the front. We also needed a drainage issue in the front yard caused be gutter extensions fixed. Robert came we walked the yard and he made sod recommendations for our backyard. He submitted his bid and we accepted his quote. The work done from tilling and leveling the areas were on point as was the solution for the drainage being extended. His crew were very professional and also took the time to do the job correct. I would use him for all future needs from sod to landscaping."

D5 Plus LLC created an underground drainage system to move the water away from my foundation. They also re-graded my yard which had eroded due to the flooding. They arrived early and worked hard all day until the job was done. They created a very nice flower bed and a great crushed granite walkway on the side of my house where grass has never grown due to not receiving any sunlight. They also put down new high quality sod. No more mud to wade through!!!! They took time to answer all my questions. When they left my yard looked wonderful!! "Decent price, lots of upsells for other projects, but less than optimal primary job of re-sodding the yard. Very uneven, lots of soft spots, uneven sod placement. Job agreed was for stripping old grass, tilling base with prepping dirt for new sod, and new rolled sod placed. Old grass was removed, then dirt was scratched up with minimal leveling. One roll of sod placed, the rest used was sod sections, still dry & mostly dormant was used (because rolls weren't available until later?) Grass is coming in but the poor yard leveling & prep (level & prep were the primary reason for hiring him) left lots of uneven gaps, soft spots, high & low & undulating sod for my front yard. He did well with sprinklers and other aspects of the job."
