Initially, Darrell spent quality time with us as we hashed out our ideas for our backyard. Those ideas were followed up with detailed measurements and assessments, and this ensured that our backyard would not only look good but be engineered for a lifetime of enjoyment around our newly renovated swimming pool. Darrell's team was fantastic! Always on time, always kind and friendly. They were at our home early every day, and the entire crew was a team! Not one of his crew had to be told to do anything. Obviously, Mr. Thrasher had a meeting because they got their equipment warmed up and knew every step of the plan. "Dennis was knowledgeable about the product and made sound recommendations for our project. He delivered the project on time and on budget - it was a pleasure working with him. The only reason I graded a 4.0 and not a 5.0 on work quality was really not a reflection on Dennis' quality of work, but rather the fact that the turf was only available in 15' widths, which created "seam-stripes" in the turf - these are supposed to become less obvious over time. We are really satisfied with the appearance overall and would recommend Dennis highly."
