This is my second time using their services and both times I have been extremely impressed with how professional and timely they are. We hired Tyler last year to prep our back yard and install sod. The results were great and we were extremely happy with the results. This year, we decided we wanted to start a garden in our back yard and due to the maintenance required to upkeep the grass we decided to remove the sod and convert it to a turf surface. We contacted Tyler for a quote and received an estimate for the cost. We did some additional research and determined the quote was fair and in line with competitors for the service. "Bright side arrived promptly changing our appointment ahead of a pending storm so the work could get done. The results was phenomenal. We were long overdue. The windows are crystal clear, no more mildew on the side of the house or the deck, and the funky black stuff on the shed was all cleaned off too. My husband is an extensive gardener so they had to maneuver around our flowerbeds and landscaping which I thought might be a challenge. Brightside accepted the challenge, and the gardens came through without so much as a flower lost.We have a brick front on most of the house but the siding of the addition was dirty and had lots of cobwebs. They are all gone!! We will not hesitate to call them in the spring to clean the windows again, and the next time the house needs washed. Their prices were so much better than other companies we have used"

He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly.
