We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. It turned out to be beautiful and functional! He has the hardest working and most professional crew!"

"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. "I know I might be tardy with my review, but it is sincere. My daughter was expecting my grandson to be born in mid-August. As she and her hubby were preparing their room for the baby they came across some very serious issues in the room. As a result I needed drywall to be replaced, prepped and painted, I needEd to replace the window as well as the trim, the flooring had to be replaced. Quite a big job, add the fact that the baby was coming in a couple of weeks, meant I had to find a quality contractor who can respond and complete the job in a short time. Thats where Oscar came in. He came out checked all that needed to be done and responded quickly with an estimate. He and his crew did an incredibly remarkable job with all that had to be done and the project was completed in 2.5 days. Oscar came out to check all of the work found issues I didn’t see and promptly took care of them. All construction related trash was cleaned up and disposed of. "Performed exactly what I needed to be done. He cleared out a wooded area expertly. He then placed 4"X4"X12' timbers and filled in with rock he had delivered. He then leveled the project. When the team came to install the shed they commented on the area that he had done that it was level and well built. Ashby had more rock than needed deliverer so he used his grader to smooth out the rocks for my son's parking spot on the shoulder of the road. This was done on his own not me asking it to be done. Ashby performed above and beyond what I asked him to do. He was the right man and price for the job."
