Dan was very prompt in responding to my calls--in fact, he came to my property a few times. He was thorough in his inspection of my backyard and very honest in his assessments of the costs. I found his price very reasonable. Dan supervised his team with great attention to details. I am very impressed with his professionalism, cheerful disposition, and the quality of his work. "I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

Dan was able to assess the damage and come up with a grading/drainage plan that is keeping the basement dry and my backyard from becoming a swamp. "I hired Stifflers Electric Service to rewire motion detector lights on my home to fix improper wiring install from the previous owner. Mr. Stiffler definitely knows what he's talking about. The price for the job was very reasonable. David completed the project promptly and the result exceeded my expectations. David also gave me good advice on other electrical work and saved me some money when recommended a remote switch for the future instead of installing a hard switch which would be more expensive. In addition, Mr. Stiffler also promised to come back and replace a blown light in one of the motion detector lights for no charge."

"I hired JS Landscaping to tackle two issues for me: 1. Weekly maintenance of a large property contained in a privacy fence (meaning work inside/outside the fence line) 2. Cleanup of plants growing on the front area of the fence line. After an initial pass by the crew, there were a few areas that weren't done to our satisfaction. I took a few pictures, replied back via email, and the next time they came, they did a phenomenal job of fixing what we had described in exactly the manner we wanted to see things. In addition, we paid extra for the plant cleanup work on the front fence area. A single person came out, and did a fantastic job of making it look great. This crew is great. I've dealt with others, JS Landscaping is far above others, especially with customer satisfaction. Would recommend."
