They replaced all the old grass and weeds, front and back yards, with sod; replaced all the old plants and shrubs in the front and back flower beds with the new ones we had requested; put in a 4 station sprinkler system; replaced the old retaining wall with new limestone blocks; and put in limestone trim around three of our front yard trees. They accidentally cut a electrical wire to my tiny office in my backyard and came back immediately after hours to fix it quickly. They installed more sprinkler heads then I expected and my yard will never be dry again after this install. They talked me through how to use the system and how to hook it up to an app on my phone. "Not what I expected or hoped for. Communication with the landscaping company owner, the crew, and myself did NOT result in an attractive, low maintenance yard. I am now overwhelmed with weeds that weren?t addressed before the yards were seeded with micro-clover. Trees that had provided privacy were trimmed too high. Even trees in pots were sheared unnecessarily. Plumbago and oleander that I wanted to keep were removed. Follow-up after the job has not occurred. Unless you can follow each of the workers at all times, ensure that you clearly specify exactly what you want and do not want."
