The workers showed up on time and their foreman Damion took care to ask us questions regarding how we use our backyard, so they could lay the turf in the proper direction so it looked the best as we entered our backyard. They salesman, Angel and the owner, Chase; both came to the job to check on the workers and the work; and to see if we had any questions. They were able to lay the turf in such a way that there is only one seam; which is invisible. "The owner came to our home and took a look around and made some suggestions for our backyard. He was very thorough. We asked him for large plants to go along a brick wall that would provide privacy. He did an amazing job finding the right size of ficus bushes and choosing a lovely ground cover with white flowers. He also planted flowers I bought from Home Depot, and I thought that was very nice. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes?
