"This company is very poor at communicating when they will do the work. The day they said they would be there they didn't communicate to us that it would be late afternoon start. My wife works nights and if we had known they were going to come so late in the afternoon she would not have waited up for them. Plus the work kept getting set back by weather which was not their fault. The sod was half excellent and half dried out. I asked that some of it be fixed and when I handed one of the guys the check for the work he said he would pass it along. No communication since."
