They were quick to schedule a time to come assess the work and give a quote, during which Carlos demonstrated how very knowledgeable he was in all the areas in which we needed work. Our quote was given the same day as the assessment and they were even willing to schedule next day work. When the workers arrived they were very professional, efficient and conscientious of neighbors yards/belongings. They did an exceptional job cleaning up all the remains that were in the grass and around the house, other than the beautiful work they did you wouldn’t have even known they were there! "Decent price, lots of upsells for other projects, but less than optimal primary job of re-sodding the yard. Very uneven, lots of soft spots, uneven sod placement. Job agreed was for stripping old grass, tilling base with prepping dirt for new sod, and new rolled sod placed. Old grass was removed, then dirt was scratched up with minimal leveling. One roll of sod placed, the rest used was sod sections, still dry & mostly dormant was used (because rolls weren't available until later?) Grass is coming in but the poor yard leveling & prep (level & prep were the primary reason for hiring him) left lots of uneven gaps, soft spots, high & low & undulating sod for my front yard. He did well with sprinklers and other aspects of the job."
