I also had drainage issues and Monique was able to help and she fixed all of the issues. Before she left she gave me instructions on how to care for the new sod and she had even texted to tell me to contact her with any questions. "Nathan surveyed the 3/4 of the St. Augustine grass lawn needing replacement. His excellent, well-trained, happy (!) crew were very pleasant. They killed the old lawn and cut it down to dirt. After a week, they returned to kill off any remaining Bermuda grass shoots. After the sod was delivered (9 pallets), they spent one day installing it, including careful trimming of pieces to make a perfect fit at boundaries with grass that was left in place. The result was remarkably flat and did not look like a sod replacement but a normal lawn!  My sprinkler guy, whowas in the sod business for decades, said it was the best job he had ever seen. I got good advice about the watering regimen to keep the grass going but avoid fungus.
