"We are incredibly happy with our synthetic turf! Steven at SL walked us through the entire process. He was helpful, attentive and always available to answer any of our questions. We contracted in winter. Steven told us he needed 3 dry, warm days in a row to complete the project. Quite literally, he got it done at that first opportunity, which happened to be in February, while we were out of town. This was way earlier than we had ever imagined. I only waited this long to write a review, because I wanted to wait for consistent good weather to get out there and use our yard. It is all we had hoped for. I highly recommend SL to anyone interested in synthetic turf."

"From the moment I met Joe I knew I wanted him to do the job. He actually listened to ME unlike several other estimates I had gotten. He also had some good ideas as well. We put in a semi above ground pool last year. I knew I wanted pavers for a large patio as well as I wanted to cover up the pool wall facade. First his estimate for the job was unlike anything Iâ ve ever seen. It was so specific and left nothing unanswered/ unexplained. I knew exactly what I was getting . In the end I got my paver patio. We went with Cambridge 3-piece ledge stone for the patio and then on the pool wall facade we used Stonecraft Mountain ledge cultured stone in the Charleston color. We capped off the pool copping with Cambridge ledge stone in the mocha color. While this work was being done Joe noticed that the soil in our backyard was very wet. He had to remove more than he thought. We found out through neighbors that a creek used to run behind our house. Joe actually found a tank buried in the ground. It was used to hold additional runoff water to prevent flooding into our basement. It was rotted through which explained why our basement did flood from time to time. Joe and his crew put in a storm water retention and diversion system, so now if we get heavy rain the water is taken away from our house . Iâ m happy to say itâ s working very good. The last thing we did in our backyard was we added a stepping stone walkway into the backyard from the fence on the other side of our house. For that we used Nicolich stepping stones in the autumn coltswold color. We are beyond happy with how our backyard came out. It looks so much bigger than it originally did. From start to finish Joe and his team did an amazing job. I canâ t say enough good things about him. Several people on my block have since used him for jobs. You canâ t beat his prices nor the quality of his work."

"Moises and his crew repaired water rotted wood in difficult locations and completely finished the garage to every detail from insulation to molding, as shown in pictures here. They thought of every detail that shows their pride over their work. Not only is their work top notch, but they are also easy to work with and very communicative through the whole process. "I couldn't be happier! I did not know the location of my cesspool, and wanted it serviced while it had last been at least 5 years since it had been pumped. Two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and went to work to locate the cesspool. This was truly not an easy task-- pipes appeared to go towards the back yard, however in the end were located in the front. The Foreman even entered an old accessory stairway where the pipes exit to look more closely-- had to use a small ladder to go through access way to a large crawl space over old stairs to the basement. There were no outside vents and they used a metal detector to find the tank. When they located a tank, they didn't stop there. After some investigation the foreman was convinced it was an overflow tank, and he set out then to find the main, which was eventually located a distance away under landscaping bushes. He was diligent and determined-- I truly believe some may likely have stopped at the first tank, especially while it had taken so much time and effort to find it. They then installed 2 tubes with caps for future easy access, and pumped and treated the systems. They even washed off the surrounding grass and bushes-- I never would have thought of that. The gentlemen were friendly and professional, and very hard working. The foreman even kindly educated me a bit on the system, and what one should do, what types of tanks I have, etc. In the end, they spent a good three hours at my home, applied the %10 discount from Angie's List, and I believe the final cost of the service was more than fair. Thank you! I am very happy, and would highly recommend Priority Cesspool. I will definitely have them back for continued future maintenance.
