"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

"Enriquez arrived early which was great because I inadvertently scheduled another meeting at the same time so his punctuality was appreciated. The biggest selling point was that he did not overcharge based on the homes in the community or try to sell services I did not request. I am considering hiring him as my full-time landscaper."

"Dan was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and arrived prompty at the agreed time. He handled our outlet problem quickly and at the agreed price."

"Excellent proposal with detailed description of work and product. Would have hired had it not been for neighbor referral and seeing end result next door. Competitive pricing also was responsive and complete in follow up."

"Installing new irrigation system was done very professionally."

"I know I might be tardy with my review, but it is sincere. My daughter was expecting my grandson to be born in mid-August. As she and her hubby were preparing their room for the baby they came across some very serious issues in the room. As a result I needed drywall to be replaced, prepped and painted, I needEd to replace the window as well as the trim, the flooring had to be replaced. Quite a big job, add the fact that the baby was coming in a couple of weeks, meant I had to find a quality contractor who can respond and complete the job in a short time. Thats where Oscar came in. He came out checked all that needed to be done and responded quickly with an estimate. He and his crew did an incredibly remarkable job with all that had to be done and the project was completed in 2.5 days. Oscar came out to check all of the work found issues I didn’t see and promptly took care of them. All construction related trash was cleaned up and disposed of. Enriquez Remodeling and Landscaping is now my go to contractor if I need work done around the house. He and his crew are prompt, dependable, professional, hardworking, does quality work all at a very reasonable price. I am proud to highly recommend. Enriquez Remodeling and Landscaping!"
