"This was a two part project; redoing our flower beds and removing buried downspout and replacing with longer PVC pipe. Ed and his dad (they are a small family owned business) came out and looked at our property and offered a number of suggestions regarding landscaping look, feel, and how we could accomplish what we wanted while staying within a price point. They helped troubleshoot where our existing buried downspout was located and clearly scoped the work. They never tried to upsell or tried to convince us of things we didn’t want. They were straightforward and didn’t do any hand waving about what the costs would be. Scheduling the work probably could have been a little smoother (when exactly would the work take place was in a broad 2-3 week window) but that’s was the only issue. Regardless, summer is their busiest time. They were great to work with and I would absolutely hire them again. In fact, on their way out, our neighbor poached them for an upcoming project!"

"This summer's weather proved challenging to get our back yard re-landscaped. Rainy weather caused several delays but once things finally cleared, Baumann's crew came in force and did a beautiful landscaping of our back yard, including installing a sprinkler to keep things growing while we were away, installing a downspout drain, and adding pavers and a small stone patio. They also did a massive clean up of our yard, clearing out weeds, thinning out bushes, and replacing the mulch. We don't look like we live in the jungle anymore. For general yard clean-up and maintenance, these guys are great and punctual."

Professionally prepared an estimate and thourley explained his proposal. Mike also made several helpful suggestions about how to acheive my desired results. At this time, I have not installed the solution but I have made my decission to go with Atlantic Lighting and Irrigation in the Early Spring. "They did a decent job. The customer service part after they're done is non-existent as they didn't provide a follow-up. A couple of weeks after the service was finished we discovered that there were some patches of grass that were turning brown and were getting worse as time went by. They also cut our phone line which took weeks to get resolved. This all seems minor but if I'm paying that much money to get a major landscaping service done I expect better service."
