"Quite well, any changes that had to be made due to a couple of unexpected problems and upgrade during the course of the work was worked out with Gerardo without any problems. Most of the work was done when it was very hot. All the workers kept a steady pace & completed in a reasonable time. Should anyone want to see the projects, Contact Gerardo and he can arrange it. "After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results.
