"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

"I needed a wooden fence repaired on short notice. Edin responded to my Angi's List posting, looked at the fence and 2 gates to repair, then gave me a good estimate on the work. Initially I thought the estimate to be a little high however, looking at the detail he offered, the estimate was reasonable. Edin adjusted his other projects to take care of the fence as the timing was critical. When completed, he replaced one section of fence, re-set another post that was moved over the years by the yard (he re-set the post in cement) and connected the loose sections to the post correctly, repaired two gates that needed cross-boards replaced plus re-set the posts for the gates, and replaced hinges and latches on 3 gates. All of this was done in one day and turned out exceptionally well. I wish I had engaged him last year! Holy Land Landscaping is top-notch. They cleaned up the yard when finished and truly did a very professional job. Thank you Edin and team!! (and by the way, the price was quite reasonable for the work and quality provided). Edin and his team are wonderful to work with!"

Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The results are outstanding! My yard looks beautiful and drains properly now. ET General Contractor INC has earned a loyal customer, and I fully intend to have them do more work for me in the future. "To clarify: The project was not only a lawn, but an entire front yard make-over with adding shrubbery and flower beds as well. Working with Omar is a true pleasure! He has a keen eye for what works in a particular landscape setting. He is gentle about making suggestions and recommendations based on your personal desire of involvement in planning and maintaining the completed project. He is also cautious to point out any underestimation on your part in terms of how much maintenance and time is required. I soooo appreciated that!!! Being a stubborn DIYer, I learned to regret my impatience with some plantings. Let him do it! He is the expert, he knows his stuff extremely well. He was incredibly kind, gentle and generous with me and repaired my mistakes without complaints. He uses environmentally safe weed and disease control substances and fertilizers, something I greatly appreciate, given that I have terrible allergies to chemicals. He managed to create a picture book lawn in an area next to shrubbery and under trees that refused to take any grass for over a decade. He appears at the right time to do all the maintenance chores without you having to call him. He checks on the plantings (don't ask me when, and I'm home a lot) and treats them so they look perfect at all times. Often I don't find out all the time and efforts he's spent on keeping everything looking tip-top until weeks afterwards. AWESOME!!! He not only sticks with the job until it's done, he comes by on his own time to check that everything is working out perfectly! Encouraged by the success I am about to embark on an even larger yard make-over project with him. He made sure that I understand every aspect of it, also the installation process, which is much more involved than I imagined, but I'm so thankful he wants 'to do it right!' He's honest, generous and very personable to work with. Thanks be to God! His type is rare these days!"
