"

In May 2014 we had a full landscape design and installation which did not work well for our situation and needed to be redone.  While  researching options for the renovation we found Michelle at Premium Outdoor on Angie's List.  I contacted her by email and she responded immediately.  We scheduled an appointment to review our needs and discuss our preferences.  She arrived promptly.  Michelle was extremely easy to talk with and very interested in determining our desired outcome for the project.  She was very honest about what would and/or would not work.  We appreciate that she advised against with some of our  ideas when she knew they would not produce long term positive results.  She told us she would create a design and get back to us.  She soon began sending emails of her design concepts and many photos, with information, of a variety of interesting and unique plant/tree options.   Michelle was also very patient when we asked to add to the original plan and estimate.  She was careful to let us know immediately what costs would be involved.  The entire project went as planned.  Everyone, including Michelle's husband Scott and the crew, were a pleasure to work with.  They had to reroute drainage from one bed across the front yard.  When they were finished you could barely tell the lawn had been trenched and replanted.

Michelle's put a lot of thought into this design making certain everything from plants to stone to mulch was well done.  Her design is very creative and provided great curb appeal.  Several neighbors complimented her work and asked for contact information.

I  want to emphasize this was a renovation which is much more difficult than working with new landscape.  This was a major project and Premium Outdoor did their best to salvage and work with existing plantings.

We are in the process of planning ongoing landscaping and outdoor improvements with Premium Outdoor.

"Great guys to work with. Over delivered on the work and couldn’t be happier. Their supplier provided less than ideal grass and instead of accepting they sourced very healthy grass to ensure only the highest quality. I would definitely work with these guys again and recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping."

"Have used Satin Stone for more than 10 years for residential lawn maintenance, mulching, sprinkler repair, retaining walls, pavers, tree trimming etc…Always can count on owner Ric and his team to get the job down professionally."

"Needed sod installed and landscaping completed before listing our house. Ryan responded quickly, provided a quote, and was on-site within 12 hours. He stayed in constant communication throughout the process, especially while coordinating the sod delivery. Pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. I would hire him again without hesitation."

"John and his team did a great job! John listened to our ideas and made many helpful suggestions. His many years of experience of landscaping locally was very valuable. He identified that we had a drainage issue (we had never even thought about that! But it is a common problem in East Texas) and took steps to remedy it. He also suggested and made some simple additions to our sprinkler system to meet the water requirements of our new plants — something else we had not thought about. Very pleased we chose John to work with!"
