We had it ALL done, sump pump to cover drainage issues, concrete back porch extention, garden beds and borders, new Sod laid, rock laid, firepit and seating area with pavers & block, large backyard pergola, fencing around our yard, and separating both side yards. I called Creative and Dan came over and we discussed ways to deal with it. BTW, Dan is very personable fellow, a joy to converse with. In the end we removed the suspect grass and what was underneath it, filled it with new soil and sodded it with new St. Augustein. The crew did a nice job and I'm glad I went with Creative.
