"I posted a request for a landscaper who could assist us with our back lawn in our new construction home in Littleton. We had a small budget and was not sure a professional company would even consider our job. We met with 3 companies - two from Angi's list and one who was doing our neighbors yard. D&D was our top choice not only because of the price (was able to work with our budget and was a good 20 - 30% less than the other two bids we got) as well as amazing communication, documentation of the process, on time installation (actually started a few days early when his crew finished other jobs ahead of schedule) and overall ease of working with Daniel. "Great Lawns did an excellent job on my sprinkler repair job. David came out to view the problem, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to do the repair. I hired Great lawns and set a date for them to come out and do the repair. David and a helper showed up on the agreed on date and proceeded to do the work, it was a pleasure to watch them do the work, yes I watched them every step of the way. They expertly repaired the leak, it was a leaking main valve to my sprinkler system, which was 6 feet underground where it connected to my homes main water line. David made the repairs, tested everything and filled in the hole, which was 5 feet by 5 feet by 6 feet deep. It was amazing to watch an expert work. I would hire David and Great Lawns again in a New York minute, the work was excellent and the cost was very fair. A job very well done!"

They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
