"I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. I used a little of the shade seed in the spring and that was all."

"Jim got back to me immediately with a quote and a detailed estimate within a day of posting on Home Advisor. He answered all my questions promptly and I usually got answers back from him within 5 minutes by email. He offered us the lowest of the quotes we got and offered the longest warranty. The work was promptly completed on a Saturday as promised. The team arrived on time and completed the work the same day. After the work was done they did a good job cleaning up and putting the yard back together."
