"the service guy, garry, was on time, fast, and knowledgeable. He replaced 5 sprinkler heads quickly without damaging much of my lawn. The price is great though i was a bit skeptical at first because the service call is charged by the hour instead of a flat fee. nevertheless, I am happy with Sprinkler Surgeon and will use them in winterizing this autumn :-)"
