His workmen were pleasant and respectful. The work was done carefully with minimal disruption to the lawn and plants given the scope of the installation. "Team was very professional and paid attention to detail. Previous landscapers made a mess of our yard and never removed old mulch, so there was years of buildup the H&H team had to remove. It took them a long time, and a ton of work. When we were home they asked us questions about things they were unsure about instead of assuming which areas to take care of. They even shared tips with us for long term maintenance, gardening, and taking care of the trees. Appreciate the work they did and happy to have them return!"

"I contacted John's and received a quote via email from Toni, and felt the price was reasonable. While they have a year-round maintenance package (which would translate to a discount), I opted for a la carte services. They came out and raked out the shrub beds, dethatched the lawn, and picked up most of the bits of trash that were around the yard. Unfortunately, the de-thatching machine tore up some of the grass, down to the soil (it was admittedly thin coverage), and they missed some bits of trash (plastic grocery bags hanging in the shrubs), but overall it was well done. They sent a rep out to look at the mulching job to be done, and the job was done fine. There were some spots where there were weeds poking out through the mulch, but, overall, pretty good. I hired them to do weekly lawn mowing, and they've been out twice, and the grass looks good, though I do wish that they'd grab the bits of trash that accumulate in the yard. All-in-all, a solid lawn care company, and I'm happy to have them. The approximate cost of service above reflects the spring cleanup and mulch; the lawn mowing is done weekly for $45.

"Roberto’s did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them. They were responsive and even came by on the same day to review the project. Jose was attentive to our wishes and made some insightful suggestions that we absolutely agreed with. His team came the very next day to remove the grass that had died during our exterior remodel. They thoroughly prepared the yard and took care not to disturb our existing plants. They approached the work thoughtfully and carefully. They then came back and did a masterful job of installing sod, cobblestone edging, and gravel installation into our planter beds. The yard looks amazing and we were thrilled with their work. I’d definitely bring them back to do any further work needed."

Betsy in the office was very helpful and handled everything making the process very easy on my end when it came time to scheduling, payments, etc. As far as the installation goes, they used a 3 man crew who completed the job in half the time I had expected. They were very careful with my lawn and did an amazing job cleaning up and staying neat. I had redone my mulch beds a month ago and planned on buying a half a dozen bags to throw down to hide anywhere the crews worked. When they were finished they had been so neat about everything I barely have to do anything. I am extremely happy with the work they performed and in the way it was performed. I would highly recommend Grasshopper Irrigation and will be using them for future projects."
