"Everything went well except that because the work was more than the repair person had expected, he had to reschedule for a return visit to complete the work. Also, a little discussion of handling desert landscaping before digging would have saved me some cleanup work after the person left."

On time and went right to work. They did everything we agreed on without any supervision.
