He provided an estimate to manufacture and install the spiral staircase. He explained the pros and cons of certain metals. Unlike kits from the big box stores, his was a welded single piece made at his facility, delivered and installed. He painted it white at our request. The price was very good, installed slightly more than the delivery of a kit from a big box store. It looks fantastic, very securely attached, very graceful coming from our glass room down to the patios - about 9 feet."
