Wish I’d had a written contract beforehand; no problem but that’s the way I operate and if it had been a bigger job, I wouldn’t have done it without something on paper and signed. Only small complaint - little spots of I guess the cement here and there on my stone steps. I haven’t tried yet to remove; wish he had. Stair rails themselves are attractive and very nicely done!"
