Tom communicated clearly from the quoting process till the end of the project. His quote was fair. This was a custom project to build a frame to install my barn doors. Tom saw my vision and included helpful adjustments of his own. We had a small hiccup with an item on back order for 2-3 months. Tom pivoted, developed an alternate plan and executed it to my approval. Tom is personable yet professional and cares about doing the project correctly and completely. I had a difficult situation with unfinished work and I proceeded to get estimates from this site. I chose Michael because of the fairness of his price and the calm, confident manner in which he assessed the situation. I needed new wood windows and doors installed, hardware affixed, exterior patching and exterior and interior painting done. He was timely, friendly and diligent and the work was excellent. I would heartily recommend him and intend to use him again when I need carpentry/construction repairs.

THEY REPLACED WROUGHT IRON FENCE AND PLACED IT IN NEW LOCATION. THEY MOVED AND REPLACED NEIGHBORS EXISTING WROUGHT IRON FENCE. THEY INSTALLED NEW CABLE WIRE FENCING IN PLACE OF EXISTING WROUGHT IRON FENCING WERE EFFICIENT AND COST SAVING IN COMPARISON TO OTHER BIDS. OVERALL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
