Comment: My daughter has an accepted offer on a house at 3652 Dunnica Ave., St. Louis, MO 63116. The current back stairs are concrete, but are separating and sinking approximately two inches because they have an inadequate foundation. I believe quality metal stairs will be superior permanent solution. The house is being sold as is, so we need to determine the cost to correct the defective stairs in order to get the price adjusted to account for that.
