"Seven 13 arrived on site at the time they had agreed to. They started to work right away. They were very professional. They worked straight through and finished this project in one day. They removed the old railing and installed a hand made rail to our apartment house. It looked tremendous and has held up extremely well. We are very satisfied with the way this installation came out. When Seven 13 left, the area was cleaned up and looked like they hadn't been there. I would hire them to do another rail project if we have one in the future and I would recommend them to anyone that needed iron work."

"I have had a couple of projects done and very well satisfied, the work was done professionally with the scope and parameters met. I do recommend Michael R. Gesellschap for your next project."

"A previous owner had welded a support bar (assumed) and metal outlets to the steel support post in my residential basement. I finally got around to having this work done and hired Loretto Welding. They did a fantastic job! I am very pleased. The two gentlemen who did the work were pleasant to work with. All of the welds were removed and ground down flat. The result was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would not hestitate to hire them again."

"Ron and his son Ross knew what they were doing. Very professiona, on time; payment as quoted and quality work. I had over 35 ballisters replace with blk iron, new post and rails. Love the updated look. Definitely will hire again for our basement."
