MC did a quality job, they helped me to identify ways to save money. The build called for metal railings, one company had quoted me to installing the railings one by one and then painting them black per the design plans. MC suggested getting pre-fabricated ones that were already black. This saved on both labor and time which ended up saving me money in the end. The other thing was that the other builders wanted to charge me $2000 to move an electrical outlet to the "inside" of the deck in order for it to pass inspection. MC suggested extending the deck a mere few inches, which would still be in the bounds of the permits, would still pass inspection etc... I really appreciated Jeff's honesty here.

I gave the same design plans to the 3 other deck builders and MC was by far the cheapest. We didn't chose MC solely based on price, they had also installed our fence a few months prior and had done work for several friends.

There were a couple of issues that required follow up, a cracked post cap, a post not fully erect at 90 degrees that took a bit of communication back and forth - this was the reason for the C in responsiveness. They did eventually get everything done that they  said they would we are very happy with the results of the deck and will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

"I had an unusual request when I called Mr. Perez, the owner of Eastcoast Welding and Fabricating. It was to weld or solder a very old halloween decoration that our family just couldn't say good-bye to. I met Mr. Perez in Ruckersville, where Eastcoast is located. He took our broken pumpkin and performed a miracle. One hour later he was back with our pumpkin looking better then ever. We are thrilled! Thank you Marcos Perez for accepting my challenge and for delivering such an unexpected "Bang for my Buck!" T.B. Spotssylvania, Va."

"They installed 10 feet of metal railing with nice decorations.  I got 10 different quotes. Some were from Home Advisor. These guys seemed to know what they where doing and their price was really reasonable, so I hired them. Right after the visit to my house, they sent me a quote and I approved it. They had how long it would take for the fabrication and welding time, and they included a schedule for installation. They did it right in the time they quoted. I was very pleased with the job. I would recommend this company to friends and family members.  I will definitely use them again in the future."
