"Sonny and his crew were fabulous! We love the personalized service and the reliability of Design Exteriors. They came when they said they would come and they stayed on budget.
The crew of people that came out to scrape, repair and paint the outdoor surfaces (mostly window frames) worked very efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. They were great about checking in with us to discuss any concerns (like how the people who had previously painted the house had left paint on the brick). I felt that they were conscientious of our needs - we have small children and cats and they made sure that the doors were closed and that their equipment was safely stored when not in use.
I also liked that the entire project was on budget and on schedule especially since we had some wood damage and a consideration of how the crew would work with the windows that had bars over them.
We are totally pleased with the work that was done on our house. Our wood surfaces look amazing and are now protected, our metal awning looks brand new and the gates and any other metal surfaces are now protected.
