"We e-mailed back and forth our wishes and pictures of the proposed project. He gave us a preliminary estimate, all this took about two weeks. He came out to look at the job, take measurements and make suggestions, then emailed us a bid. He said they would be out in about a week to fabricate the railings, it took over two weeks for them to come out. They fabricated the railings in about 4 hours and said it would take about one week to get the railings powder coated. In about two weeks they came back and Installed the railings. The railings look wonderful and the Installation is great. They get an A+ for quality, not so much for communication and promptness. Overall they did a great job and I will use them for another larger railing job.
