"Attending young man nice. I was told I couldn't pay using a secured site like PayPal and offered my credit card over the phone. Was charged $7.50 more than the invoice total. Not that this is a big deal, but transparency and upfront honesty is huge to me... and I really don't like giving my credit card number to someone I don't know and have not met over the phone (which I had to do. Apparently, the additional $7.50 was the charge for doing this, which would've been nice to know ahead of time). I was also told I'd receive a formal estimate to repair what was found the morning of and have still yet to receive this. Days later and after having sent a few reminders/ inquiries about this.
