"I had a difficult situation with unfinished work and I proceeded to get estimates from this site. I chose Michael because of the fairness of his price and the calm, confident manner in which he assessed the situation. I needed new wood windows and doors installed, hardware affixed, exterior patching and exterior and interior painting done. He was timely, friendly and diligent and the work was excellent. I would heartily recommend him and intend to use him again when I need carpentry/construction repairs."

"James was exceptionally professional and polite and did an outstanding job on the rails that he installed in my house with both the backyard and the front. "Azteca provided a thorough proposal that we found very helpful.  We were actually disappointed that we weren't able to work with them. They also provided great assistance in helping us analyze the bids prepared by other contractors and generally, great input on the design and layout of the project.  They were also extremely punctual and flexible.
