Michael made sure to always communicate, be on time, (along with his workers who were timely), be respectful, he offered stellar advice and he made sure that we were very happy with everything that was done. And if something needed to be fixed or adjusted, he made sure that it happened. We have encountered many contractors over the years and none of them can even come close to Michael.
